These organizations provide mental and/or substance use disorder education and support to youth, parents, and educators.

Surviving Our Loss and Continuing Everyday (SOLACE)

Surviving Our Loss and Continuing Everyday promotes public awareness about drug dependency and recovery and eliminates the discrimination surrounding the issue. It provides evidence-based prevention services for children and adolescents, and aids in the development of support groups for individuals and families who have lost a loved one to a drug related death or who have someone who struggles with chemical dependency.

The Family Café

The Family Cafe operates two mental health programs. The CAFE Technical Assistance Center provides information and training on supported education and workforce development to a national audience of people with behavioral health challenges, while also helping to develop consumer mental health organizations in three assigned states. The Family Cafe Statewide Family Network grant supports the promotion of and provision of resources related to chldren's mental health in Florida.

The Partnership at

The Partnership at, a nonprofit organization, helps parents prevent drug and alcohol use and find treatment for their children. Bringing together renowned scientists, parent experts, and communications professionals, this public health nonprofit translates current research on teen behavior, parenting, dependency, and treatment into easy-to-understand resources. Additionally, they build healthy communities, advocating for greater access to adolescent treatment and recovery support, as well as funding of youth prevention programs.
