Event Description: 
Prior to the presentation, parents and community members will have a chance to learn what signs of substance abuse to look for in teenager’s bedrooms and how to safeguard their medicine cabinets, they will also have the opportunity to experience what it would be like to “visit” with a loved one who is serving time for drug related charges, they will also be able to test their knowledge of alcoholism with an alcohol quiz and hear stories of people who are in recovery. The presentation will consist of: the Sheriff, County Attorney, Local Law Enforcement, Young Adults in Recovery and Prevention Professionals.
