Event Description: 
This will be OCARTA's 16th Annual Recovery Walk and Festival. We will be starting our walk at 10 am. Registration starts at 8 am. Our event will include nationally known speakers such as Tim Ryan (A&E's The Dope Man) and also James Sweasey a public figure for Recovery from Kentucky . We will have a kids carnival and multiple vendors with information. We will also have live music and food available after the walk to our state capital. At the state capital steps we will remember those who have lost loved one's to SUD's and Mental Illness with a balloon release.
