Event Description: 
Please join us on the steps of the legislative on International Drug Overdose Day. Winnipeg will hold its first event to support those that have lost a child to drug overdose or those suffering with addiction. We will bring awareness to those that need help. We will talk for those who can no longer talk for themselves, but who still want to be heard.
