This is a FREE event for the community to attend to learn more about the opioid epidemic as well as recieve FREE Narcan training.
Participants will first experience a N.O.P.E. presentation discussing the perils of drug overdose, and the effect it has on families. Next, all attendees will receive training on how to use Narcan, the life saving overdose reversal drug, as well as the necessary steps to obtain a prescription. Goodfellowship Ambulance company will be providing this training.
The event will end with a Q & A session with the presenters.
Light refreshments will be provided.
