CARA RECOVERY DAY, named after the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) of 2016, is an event hosted by Faces & Voices of Recovery and the Addiction Policy Forum, and co-sponsored by our national recovery organization partners, The Association of Recovery Schools, The Association of Recovery in Higher Education, the National Alliance of Recovery Residences and Young People in Recovery.
WITH OUR RECOVERY VOICES UNITED, this event brings together recovery advocates from all over the United States to advocate for treatment and recovery support services and to raise awareness that long-term recovery is a reality for over 23 million Americans.
