MESSAGING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN RECOVERY WEBINAR SERIES

Webinar 1: Thursday, March 28, 2013, 3:00—5:00 pm EST
Webinar 2: Thursday, April 4, 2013, 3:00—5:00 pm EST

Are you a young person in recovery? Learn how to tell your own recovery story publicly and effectively — and bring hope to others seeking help!

How we tell our stories matters. Faces & Voices invites you to attend two free Webinars. The first will show you how to present your recovery story so that it has the most impact. The second will give you hands-on training in how to talk to reports, the general public and policy makers.

Get the skills you need to be a recovery ambassador. As we all speak with a united voice about how recovery is already working for over 23 million Americans, we can be part of bringing down social barriers and ending discrimination. Join us!

Trainers:

  • Justin Riley, Faces & Voices board member and chair, YPR (Young People in Recovery) National Leadership Council.
  • Pat Taylor, Executive Director, Faces & Voices of Recovery
