  • BCD Recovery Jam AR

    09/29/2014 4:00PM - 8:00PM
Recovery Jam is a celebration to build greater social connectedness and stronger community cohesion, strengthen family environments so future generations will live and grow, and develop a healthier and more effective workforce for the future. It is also a goal to get the message about recovery to a diverse audience. Recovery Jam helps unite those already in recovery and broadly spreads the message that prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover. Service providers will be available to provide education and awareness activities. Partners will be available to resource smoking cessation information, health screenings, HIV testing, education, awareness and job opportunities. Recovery Jam provides a safe place to provide testimonies and acknowledgement of recovery efforts without stigma.
This event is open to the public
